Our organisation changed its name from Tullamore Traveller Movement to Offaly Traveller Movement. Offaly Traveller Movement (OTM) is an independent organisation of Travellers and settled people established in 1991 and was launched in 1996 by President Mary Robinson, to promote the rights of Travellers to self-determination and equality in Irish society. It works in particular for improvements in the quality of Traveller life, greater self-confidence among Travellers in their own identity, and better relationships between Travellers and settled people.
