The Complaints Policy for Service Users/Concerned Individuals outlines our procedure for addressing any complaints or concerns raised by service users or concerned individuals. Our Child Safeguarding Statement, Policy & Procedures sets out our commitment to protecting children and young people from harm while they are in our care. Finally, our Volunteer/Student Policy outlines the responsibilities of volunteers and students while working with us, as well as the support and supervision provided to ensure their safety and well-being.
