Aoife Masterson

Aoife joined the OTM in 2021, having previously worked as a Lecturer of Law for a third level institution. 

She has extensive experience in the non-governmental sector, both in Ireland and internationally, having previously worked for the Irish Council for Civil Liberties, Free Legal Advice Centres and Ohio Innocence Project where she conducted research and drafted submissions on a range of civil liberties, justice, and equality matters.

She currently serves a a Director for Cultur Migrant Rights Centre.


Celine McInerney

A member of the Traveller community, Cline joined the OTM in 1999 and has, for the last nine years, worked as a Primary Health Care Worker. 

Celine has vast experience working with young Traveller children in the region, having previously worked as both an After Schools Assistant and Youth Worker for OTM.



Ian McDonagh

A member of the Traveller community, Ian joined the OTM in 2021 having previously completed the LTI Programme ‘Employability Skills’

As a young Traevller man Ian beings a wealth of knowledge and experience as to the range issues impacting young Travellers when accessing education.
